Self-reflection, friends. It's so important!

And whether you prefer to self-reflect by staring at the wall while cuddled up in bed, lounging in the bath listening to smooth jazz, voice recording your thoughts, or scribbling away in a notebook or journal, asking yourself big questions will help kickstart evolution, growth, and transformation.

Here are some of the questions I've been journaling on for myself:

  • What am I welcoming in?

  • What am I moving towards?

  • What am I leaving behind to make room for what's next?

  • What am I releasing?

  • What are 3 steps I can take this month (or even this week) to get closer to where I want to be?

  • What does my ideal life look like (1 year from now, 3 years from now, and 5 years from now)?

  • Where do I see myself in 3 years, if I continue on the same path I've been on?

  • Where do I see yourself in 3 years if I make some changes to get closer to my dreams?

Happy reflecting, friends.

If you spend some time with even just one of these, I can guarantee your life will begin to take a different shape.

There is alchemy in questioning - and in rising to contemplate answers.
